Location, privacy, not too noisy.
Refrigerator smelled, had to get maintenance to clean out the mold. Room wasn't cleaned before I arrived. Cigarette but on table, unopened condom and body cream behind the bed.

The location was perfect for visiting ASU and close to the airport. Clean room and friendly staff.

The room is confortable. They have a complete kitchen there, including tableware and pans.
The room service. We asked three times for a cofee packet and they did not bring it, even saying repeatedly that they would deliver it quickly.

Clean room, comfortable bed, with free parking and a nice outdoor swimming pool, made our stay enjoyable.

Marvellous, comfortable location near everything, malls, fwy, restaurants, downtown, and the Airport, Freeway, a nearby Denny's. Also, in a commercial area. Comfy beds, climate control, TV set, and a microwave oven in the room. Well-equipped bathroom with a bathtub.
